How to Pay

Ready to purchase or join a membership? Here's how you can make payment

A) If you reside outside of T&T (the US, the UK etc): 

We offer two great options to pay and purchase:

1. Paypal - we have a Paypal button linked to each online course that is sent to you via email after you register.

​

2. Western Union - you can also pay via western union to the following recipient:

B) If you reside in T&T (Trinidad and Tobago):

We offer four (4) great options to pay:

​

1. In cash at our Trincity location - just call or whatsapp us at 490-2264 to arrange

​

 

2. In cash at a convenient location near you - we can meet you at a mall, library, police station, bank or fast food outlet near to you to pick up payment in cash 

(* an additional pickup of fee of TT$45 will be payable)

 

​

3. With visa debit/ linx cards at your address - our Linx courier will come to your address to pick up payment via bank card

(** an additional pickup of fee of TT$45 will be payable)

 

 

4. You can deposit the payment into our account via online bank transfer or in branch deposit using the following instructions:

Can I get a refund?

It depends.

 

a) If your membership or purchase is terminated by us for any reason other than the violation of our community standards, you will receive a 100% refund of your purchase price or a pro-rated refund of your membership fee within 14 days of termination.

​

b) If your membership or purchase is terminated by us for unsolicited spamming or self-promotion, unsolicited romantic or sexual approaches, bullying, fraud or any other violations of our community standards, there will be no refund of the purchase price or membership fee.


c) In the event of economic hardship for a member, a partial refund of an annual plan on a pro-rated scheduled for unfulfilled months can be considered depending on the case.

d) In the event of a manufacturer's defect or damage during shipping of any item, the customer will receive a 100% refund plus the reasonable cost of shipping once the item is returned in original packaging.

​​

e) In the event of a return due to buyer's remorse, the customer will receive a 100% refund less 25% restocking fee once the item is returned in original packaging and re-saleable condition. However, the customer must pay the cost of the return shipping.
